Pretty clear Verstappen hits Vettel, you can see it in the lines his car is going and also in the line Vettels car is going.

No not really, Vettel was a bit overly optimistic, but Verstappen and Vettel touched, making Vettel going on to Tbone Rosberg. Look at the images, it is pretty clear. If by stating facts I come accross as a Fanboy already, wow...

I just have an issues with the overly arrogant Verstappen attitude that it is never his fault. While clearly he has had a hand in this himself.

Later he did, but right after it had happend he stated that it was because of Rosberg and Verstappen.

It is just a shame to see a 4time World Champion, being under this much pressure and falter a bit.

Pft, I really hate these grid penalties, overly ambitious overtake but it ruined his race and that is penalty enough. FIA patronising grown up creme de la crème racing drivers over small mistakes just devaluates the drivers. Sure dangerous behaviour, gross neglect of the rules or unsportsmanship I can agree to, but this, no.
My feeling is that blaming other drivers over the radio is part of the race now, trying to nail your opponents to as many penalties as possible.. don't like it.

Maybe is not Mercedes engine but how you drive it or do with it. It could be equally Hamilton fault if you look at it from the Mercedes engine point of view.
Imaging for a moment if Toto was saying we have so many Mercedes engines but only Hamilton blows up, he might be doing something wrong.
Sometimes luck is not with you and that's it.

Doing something wrong??? Please..... This is a high performance vehicle and when pushing the limits of performance/reliability sometimes things happen. It's a racecar, do you have to drive it easy/pussyfoot the car?? I'm just glad it didn't happen in the last race to determine the championship.

I know right? I'm thoroughly shocked even though it's not big enough (3 places) compared to Kvyat's 10 s SaG, must be one in five rule. Hamilton's Spain looks sillier and sillier. No luck involved in that one though.

- Red Bull program drivers' bad driving (x2) ruined Rosberg's race and as it turned out a win.
- Wolff didn't look angry when it happened like in Italy, he looked considerably different after Hamilton's retirement, boo hoo, write me a letter about team orders

- Ocon had two 5 s speeding penalties? I thought it was deja vu. Was he practising something?
- another bad pitstop for Rosberg
- Raikkonen lost to Rosberg after first lap and 10 s penalty, drivers choices of top teams (see 1st sentence) - reason for lack of quality of racing in F1

edit: confirmed in an interview for Dutch TV, VES was going to run until the end on the hard tires until Hamiltons demise changed their strategy in favour of (in my view) a safe 1-2 handing it to RIC.

well, he could have stayed out I guess, but a stop under VSC conditions costs only 10 seconds or something like that, so Ricciardo on new soft tires would have closed that gap immediately and take the win anyway.

...with Hamilton parking that car at an appropriate place, not resulting in a VSC, it would have been a different story, sure
