1. Regarding FP2 times, Vettel`s best time was set on US tyres on the last lap of a 5 laps stint and Lewis did his best lap on S tyres also on his last lap of a 4 laps stint. Both times were set almost on the same session time. Bearing in mind here there is 1,2-1,4 sec/lap between US and S tyre and S3 is a traction sector we could say Vettel was running havier. How much? We don`t know but for one thing we could be sure: it was not PU mapping related too much ...
2. What do you understand from the following statement which could be seen on the official F1 site (https://www.formula1.com/en/latest/feat ... -call.html): "Both the softs and supersofts must be used in the race." ? I`m not a native English speaker so indulge me and tell me if that means it`s mandatory to run both tyres or at least one of them .... Had it`s mandatory to run both then we should see more teams opting for SS tyre in Q2 in order to get a one stop strategy - SS + S ...
3. What`s your thoughts about the new live timing graphics ? It`s good that we could see drivers progress between each sectors and overall but what I don`t understand are those multiple colored dots that doesn`t actual represents the track corners, coz they are 24 and the race track has only 16 or so ...
