Williams FW40 Mercedes

Dirveshaft is exposed, wasn't it enclosed in lower wishbone before?

Correct!
For me looks like the rear supensions arms are different (with different geometry). But, I could be wrong :)

Yep, you are right. Lower wishbone is much lower than before:

Yes !!! Lower wishbone is much lower than before. And upper wishbone looks like is (a little bit) higher than before.

Suspension looks same to me. It could look different because of the angle

Is Luca Ghiotto the red helmet?, his head is enormous!

Does he have a Barry Bonds type of situation with steroids and head-growth? Did he accidentally put a second helmet on over the first? He has the additional beam-wing smoother downstream just to clean up all the turbulence from his giant head!!

That's exactly what I noticed. I know Massa is small, but jeez, there's a huge difference!

Look again. You can see the driveshaft is separate and the suspension arm is lower than it.

As for luca ghiotto.. That is a globe of a head! It so big they had to change the suspension to lower the roll centre of the car just for that boulder of a noggin.

This new rear susspension geometry looks really draggy. Williams allready had weary fat susspension elements compered to Red Bull for example, and now the lower element are all out of allighment. But if it inproves the traction in slow corners, a few km/h slower down the streights will be worth it.
