I agree it doesn't look like Ferrari sent Kimi out with the purpose of giving Vettel a tow (if anything Kimi was looking like the better bet for a Ferrari in the front row), Kimi's own mistake set up that chance.Schuttelberg wrote: ↑26 Aug 2017, 16:39
Do you ever have anything but codswallop to post?
Kimi messed up his lap and if then he provides a tow to aid Seb, it's good team work and part of his job.
If there is any truth to this 'Kimi is a number 2' BS, Kimi himself is to blame. He's been utterly trumped by Seb for the 3rd year running and dare I say, Seb has even earned the right to be number 1. However, I'm sure there is no such no.1 and no.2 nonsense.
Kimi has been the faster driver all weekend, but when push came to shove, he blew it as he so often has in his Ferrari career.
For all those who believe this conspiracy crap and pretend like Kimi is being wronged, he just renewed again for Ferrari. So, he either accepts his place or there is no such hierarchy which I believe is the case.
Bottom line is that Sebastian Vettel is by far the better driver.

Soon time for Ricciardo to hand in his elite driver card. Down into the tier two group you go Danny!
Ahh. The baton has been handed over. Go for the wins now my boy!
Tyre's natural frequency matched with that of the car and the whole thing started resonating? Happend to a few cars this weekend, always on the exit of Bus-stop... Maybe full throttle over the exit curbs causes the initial oscillation...George-Jung wrote: ↑26 Aug 2017, 17:47Does anybody has a clue what js going on here?

I think you can see that - new PU or no - ferrari were running more wing than Mercedes, hence why they were fast in S2.
