Surprisingly good tough I see now improvement with the new PU, they will use the "old" one though.
In reality it was because the Ferrari engine will be better than the Honda engine for at least 2018.Wazari wrote: ↑01 Sep 2017, 03:14Sauber's decision to "ditch" Honda PU was their inability to build a gearbox for the PU or procure one. So Sauber lied because...?RS200E wrote: ↑01 Sep 2017, 16:19In reality it was because the Ferrari engine will be better than the Honda engine for at least 2018.Wazari wrote: ↑01 Sep 2017, 03:14Sauber's decision to "ditch" Honda PU was their inability to build a gearbox for the PU or procure one. When I say better it's an understatement...
In reality again, the Ferrari will the best or nearly equal to the Mercedes whereas the Honda will be the worst.
And also because of Mclaren's hesitation in supplying gearboxes to them.RS200E wrote: ↑01 Sep 2017, 16:19In reality it was because the Ferrari engine will be better than the Honda engine for at least 2018.Wazari wrote: ↑01 Sep 2017, 03:14Sauber's decision to "ditch" Honda PU was their inability to build a gearbox for the PU or procure one. I'm thinking the same thing. Mclaren and Toro Rosso with Honda in 2018.
They all lie.the EDGE wrote: ↑01 Sep 2017, 16:32So Sauber lied because...?
That is a distant reason or not a reason at all why it never went ahead. First is pure performance.Sayeman wrote: ↑01 Sep 2017, 16:39And also because of Mclaren's hesitation in supplying gearboxes to them.
