Wikipedia says 875Kg before driver and fuel. And like Sevach said, even though peak power is similar to F1, they spend way less time there.

Drs gives you around .3 of a second a lap, insignificant for a difference of around 15 seconds. And energy deployment alone won't make up for 15 seconds as well. Porsche had to extract more power from their ERS, ICE, reduce weight and add a lot of downforce to brat an F1 car.
So no, even with no energy limit and DRS those cars aren't faster.
