A dominant car maybe, but also a driver who really can't drive in the wet.....and forecast is brutal..
Ironically he got his first pole position and first race win... in the wet... and on this track...
Tell me something, if a driver has 1 win and 1 PP in the wet and then he has numerus bluffs like Canada 2011, Germany 2018 Hungary Qualis that i can remember...what would be his recerence for wet driving?
Sometimes mistakes happen. Even Lewis has his occasional offs in wet conditions. Spa 2010, Spa 2018 Quali, Malaysia 2009. Yet Vettel still went on to become World Champion in 2012 in the torrential rain at Brazil.
Verstappen in 2015 was amazing in Brazil, but he also made a mistake spinning on the run up to start/finish. Yet in treacherous conditions in Hungary this season, he didn't set a blistering time. So perhaps Verstappen isn't great in the wet either...
