I'm sorry, i have to disagree.
Something has definitely changed in the area where the push rod connects with the hub. My guess is there's an additional external pivot like for the upper wishbone. I might be wrong, but you can't say it looks no different, just compare the W09 and W10 pics... i think it should be better to check this part of the car deeper next week rather than overlook it.

It's difficult to say for certain, but it looks to me like the entire front suspension (the arms and pushrod where it connects to the wheel) sits higher than it did on the W09?
That's for sure.
But what i specifically wanted to highlight is that the push-rod arm seems to be tilted even backwards,
and it seems almost impossible for it to be joint with the hub the same way it was in 2018.
Therefore i supposed Mercedes added an additional external pivot with this purpose.
We need a better picture from above
