RB going with low DF rearwing again?!!
If that's the case, could it be because of the lack of a spare high downforce rear wing?

Can you please post the laptimes?
Here you go:
Race sim of Verstappen:

First stint on C3: Outlap - 1:23.0 - 1:23.2 - 1:23.3 - 1:23.3 - 1:23.4 - 1:23.4 - 1:23.4 - 1:23.6 - 1:23.7 - 1:23.7 - 1:23.8 - 1:23.8 - 1:24.2 - 1:24.0 - 1:24.1 - 1:24.3 - Inlap

Second stint on C2: Outlap - 1:22.4 - 1:22.3 - 1:22.4 - 1:22.5 - 1:22.4 - 1:22.4 - 1:22.6 - 1:22.7 - 1:22.9 - 1:22.7 - 1:22.9 - 1:23.1 - 1:23.8 (traffic) - 1:22.4 - 1:43.9 (traffic or mistake) - 1:23.9 - 1:23.1 - 1:22.6 - Inlap

Third stint on unmarked tires: Outlap - 1:21.6 - 1:21.6 - 1:21.4 - Inlap
I am not sure if they are race sim. They are usual stints of testing. A race sim involves no break in between stints and involves only tyre changes. What ferrari did yesterday, is not an ideal race stint as you don't do a race on single type of tyre. You count the laps from the times you have posted and its only 37 laps.
YES that was race sim. He didnt stop in between, just tyre change. The had to abort due to gearbox issue after Max spined. The team confirmed at the end of the day

It's astounding that RBR get so less attention everywhere and trust compared to Merc and Ferrari, even though they proved to have the best car at the end of last two seasons comfortably (bar engine deficit)!! Just shows how even a simple race reporting gets biased towards ''main-stream'' teams all the times...

Even if one takes those numbers as a race sim, Max already did 2 stops within 37 laps and either he had to complete another 30 laps on that last set of tyres (Dev 3) OR he had to pit one more time. You see where it goes with 3 stops? Just to let you know, the unmarked tyres are Dev 3 (which is a C3 variant and has similar construction).

Look how a race sim looks like, with 2 stopper and how long the second and third stint looks like.

That doesn't explain a difference in lap times between PG and MV (and to other teams) at least till the middle of stints. RB obviously chose to run stints until big drop off. And Ferrari started on C2, so no direct comparison here. It only shows that Max was faster than Bottas.

Mercedes eagerly present themselves to the public; through both the press and social media. That's the real difference.
Red Bull used to be the cool team, but they seem to have dropped that. Or was it all Ricciardo?

Good lab from Sainz on C3 with 1m17.495s. Is Mclaren 3rd fastest team?Any thoughts?

Seems like they have installed the 45° struts again between the the edge of the diffuser and the centre RW support pillar.

Definitely not... but they are probably on faster part of midfield.

Stiffening the diffuser from what I read in RB15's thread.
