New floor in development, should arrive in Silverstone. Will be worth several tenths to half a second.

For just a floor? That would be great, but surely it must be in conjunction with other bits....RonDennis wrote: ↑28 Jun 2019, 01:54New floor in development, should arrive in Silverstone. Will be worth several tenths to half a second.

The mid wing is part of the floor ...No sure if they're including that.Ground Effect wrote: ↑28 Jun 2019, 07:55For just a floor? FYI for those that don't dip into the car thread. Apparently it is only too heavy because it was a modular test piece, not because of a design flaw or manufacturing error. It was not sent back for rework but rather they are waiting for the final and complete single unit racing piece.RonDennis wrote: ↑28 Jun 2019, 01:54New floor in development, should arrive in Silverstone. High temperatures will benefit Haas this weekend, I believe they will be the biggest threat to McL this GPXero wrote: ↑28 Jun 2019, 16:38Car looks quick in qually trim again, Lando ran wide on his attempt so didn't get a representative lap. Haas seems to have swapped places with Renault this weekend, such an odd swing in performance, yet McLaren consistent in that 4th best position. I'm slowly starting to really believe that they are indeed best of the rest.
But it was hot as well in France and look at their performanceNonserviam85 wrote: ↑28 Jun 2019, 17:12High temperatures will benefit Haas this weekend, I believe they will be the biggest threat to McL this GPXero wrote: ↑28 Jun 2019, 16:38Car looks quick in qually trim again, Lando ran wide on his attempt so didn't get a representative lap.
