In fact he didn't block him at all. He just appeared in Kimi's vission.
I think the stewards decision will be based mostly on the views of the drivers or they would have made a decision sooner. I believe Kimi will not be that bothered by it and Hamilton did try to take action to prevent problems, however, he did cause Kimi to be impeded. When the stewards are relying on the views of the drivers, it really depends on what the feelings of the drivers at the time of the interview, and in this case Kimi made it through Q3 and tends to have a laissez-faire attitude to these sort of things. After talking to both I believe it will be a reprimand which is probably the correct call but not the call for the letter of the rules.
