All different rulesets. Canada = rejoining the track in an unsafe manner. France = Outside of track. Austria = pushing outside of track. France was clear cut, the other ones the stewards had to interpret the rules and then make a rulingXwang wrote: ↑30 Jun 2019, 20:06Can someone explain me the consistence between Canada, Francia and Austria, please?astracrazy wrote: ↑30 Jun 2019, 19:52As long as the stewards remain consistent in similar circumstances
You get ten seconds for provoking.
In all fairness, Mercedes clearly saved their engine here. They will finish the season on 3 units. That alone gives them more free points then winning here.SmallSoldier wrote: ↑30 Jun 2019, 20:22Regardless of the penalty... Finally a race that isn’t dominated by Mercedes... What seemed like a clean sweep this season is now not achievable.

this is why rosberg said that you can obviously do what ever you want when you're inside, until they slapped him with a penalty.hollus wrote: ↑30 Jun 2019, 20:18No penalty!!! I strongly disagree, but hey, it is s sport! (No, it is a show! I know, shut up!!!)
Sports have referees: No referees -> No sport.
And their decisions will never please everyone, nor can they always be right, often, it can't it be known if they are right or not.
But ugh!
This! In hindsight when Leclerc wins his first race and we all know he will, he will be glad it will be in a non disputable way (I hope).smellybeard wrote: ↑30 Jun 2019, 20:34Glad that Leclerc doesn't have to remember his first GP win as something awarded by the stewards three hours after the race ended.
I think he broke something else and they thought it was the wing, but they were wrong. He was really slow after the pit.Sieper wrote: ↑30 Jun 2019, 20:26In all fairness, Mercedes clearly saved their engine here. They will finish the season on 3 units. Allthough, the gap was big. Lewis broke his wing and possibly Floor as well? Even after the FW change the pace was not really there.
