Ring-ring. Hello?
Hi Pierre, its Helmut. You remember us telling you your seat was safe? Well it is, but it is now in the STR.
I think he is quite a good driver but does not fit in with RBR mentally. I think any of the lower teams would be glad to have himselvam_e2002 wrote: ↑12 Aug 2019, 14:45We saw that in TV as well. He confirmed that they won't replace Gassly till this season. But very unfortunite for him. What he did to Hartly it is happened to him in very small time span.
very poor boy. I don't think he will be in F1 beyond 2021.
Kvyat shot himself in the foot by torpedoing Vettel in 2 races (onces even twice) and saying "thats racing"selvam_e2002 wrote: ↑12 Aug 2019, 14:40So, as per your opinion, they just give 10 races and throw the driver out from RB like Kyat, Hartly now Gassly and Albon in next year from RB. What a funny.
Gasly has been given ALL the tools, a good car, a good engine, even the setup from Max (proven to be good seen the results Max took), the team of Ricciardo but Gasly is only a average midfielder in the world of F1It seems you are not understanding top "company" If you have good support in team(manager and uperlevel you can survive), you will not thrown away like Max(they give him lot of chance to improve but not with other drivers because of no support.)
Kvyat in Germany wit his 3rd place... you said outside Red Bull and Toro Rosso is outside RBtake a example, Vettel only shined in RB, Riccordo only shined in RB who else shined out side of RB? name it pls?
if you believe every word these teambosses are spitting out in the media ..... you are the very poor boy....selvam_e2002 wrote: ↑12 Aug 2019, 14:45We saw that in TV as well. Yeah well I see the problem :selvam_e2002 wrote: ↑12 Aug 2019, 14:40So, as per your opinion, they just give 10 races and throw the driver out from RB like Kyat, Hartly now Gassly and Albon in next year from RB. Basics are you perform of FO whether your first, second or third drivers. What's so hard to understand about that?selvam_e2002 wrote: ↑12 Aug 2019, 13:25
I don't think it is second season with RB. He just completed ~10 races and they are judging that he is not good.
Even in a company they will give 1 year time to prove your self. But RB is not giving much time to him to understand the car and environment. You have to develop the driver not degrade a driver and his career.
from outside i.e from fan point of view, RB is not supporting second driver. They concentrate only number 1 driver example Vettel, now it is Max. If they do like this, upcoming new drivers will afraid of signing RB junior program.
Basics is: you need to develop a driver not degrade or demote them because they are bring drivers from their own school.
Learning is done at TR, at RB you need to deliver.

couldn't agree more! Plus, as RBR is doing this it almost forces other teams to do the same. So we have Russell and Leclerc in F1 now (1 in a top seat the other hopefully on his way), which is fantastic.drunkf1fan wrote: ↑12 Aug 2019, 15:16I have no idea how anyone can seriously make an argument that a driver who was consistently outperforming his team mate, because of a crash here or there was standing by them and giving them time.
Crashes happen, bad races happen, Max from day one was not far from Ricciardo in a car he had no time to get to know, no preseason and no what 4 full races in the season to get used to. Ricciardo had a huge huge headstart in knowing that car and what, 7-8 years more experience in racing, but Max was close behind straight away and ahead before the end of the season. He had some crashes at the start of a season over a year later, while his performance was still fantastic... It's like saying Hamilton punting it out in Brazil qualifying the team stood by him and 'gave him a chance' to put things right. Max proved he was a top drive within a few races in F1 and within a race of moving up to the RBR.
Gasly and other drivers haven't shown any signs they are good enough, starting that far back is a terrible sign but not terminal IF he was improving little by little as the season goes on, the fact he isn't suggests he already found his level imo.
AS for careers, thanks to RBR Gasly got a chance to see if he had what it took to make it as a top F1 driver, he doesn't, end of. Gasly's career wasn't ruined by RBR, nor Kvyat's, RBR are giving more chances for young drivers to prove themselves than any other team by a mile. A chance is all they can provide, after that a driver is good enough or not and if not there is no reason for RBR to randomly keep them on. The Red Bull program isn't for charity, it's not to find homes for every driver to get a drive, it's to get the best F1 drivers they can and if they aren't good enough they go and there is exactly nothing wrong with that.

The can only be one bull and Riccardo was not it.He is the lead driver at Renault that's attractive.you should never underestimate any team. Redbull was supposed to be in the midfield
