Wonder if Ver will be able to fight with Mercedes. Ferrari should be not on the top on track witch such huge amounts of slow corners, or even - a lot of corners.

Sure, there's a lack of straights to make up time in Singapore, but they still have a way superiour qualifying mode, and where they really struggle seem to be more those front-limited kind of tracks. Compared to Hungary, they should lose way less time in the corners, I would think - and therefor also need less straights, to make up time.

I'll be surprised if Ferrari are on the pace, i think their front end isn't strong enough and they can only help it if they sacrifice the rear and make it less stable. they must be improving but so are the Red Bull and Mercedes, it's a moving target. Tho yes like Bahrain and Baku it's nice and warm for their tyres, but still it's downforce isn't it and the others have got more. Still it'd be cool if I'm wrong, let's see

Stop feeling touchy. I haven't heard anything related to track limits yet for this circuit, like we heard in Spa (Radillon) and Monza (Parabolica) and wondering if we could see the stewards issuing guidance on that. Generally, there is lot of track limits abuse in that corner and should be penalized if drivers do it.

Well alex wurz said about the monza sausage it was at the entry of the curve where you actually loose time cutting so gravel is better there but at the exit when zou are slowest you actually gain time in some curves so this might be one of them.

I reckon it's that there are so many corners, that aren't power limited, and at each one more downforce gives the others later braking and more exit speed and earlier traction. I've seen a few analyses of different corners for Ferrari this year and they're generally different from each other

I don´t see that superior qualify mode this season as Mercedes always improves more from Q2 to Q3, unlike it happened last season.

I would be OK if Albon jumps Bottas, that should be his target. Verstappen is beyond his reach for now
