For instance, Perez has had failures on the 3rd Merc PU spec in Spa and in Monza. He also has had on at Singapore but in all the last 3 cases he received a 2nd spec PU which was brand new only in Spa ...
Then, as ziggy43 said quoting AMuS, Merc was using spec 2 at Singapore, which was the logical move, as GPR-A said before but here in the graph we could see they run the 3rd spec ...
Furthermore, Perez said on Sky in FP1 that his team will receive a new 3rd spec PU at the end of the season coz Merc has some issues with this spec, which echoes Toto`s half mouthed statement when he said on Spa that they run their engine slightly compromised and rumours saying also in Monza they didn`t run in the highest PU race mode (hence Lewis`s asking for more power when was trying to pass Charles) ...

Ok, I got it! That`s the Perez and Kubica`s cases.
