With McLaren pulling out for the Australian GP I highly doubt the event will go ahead.Ringleheim wrote: ↑12 Mar 2020, 13:30NBA suspending entire season as of right now; NCAA men's basketball tournament to be played with no crowds; this is going to get lot worse before it gets better. I wonder if the Australian GP will be the only race we see this year, at least with a crowd!
The event has already started, all the sessions (other categories) on Thursday were already run, presumably with the circuit also open to spectactors.
Oh come now, I'm referring to FP1 onwards.JordanMugen wrote: ↑12 Mar 2020, 13:40The event has already started, all the sessions (other categories) on Thursday were already run, presumably with the circuit also open to spectactors.
I appreciate that, but Formula One is just one of many categories on the schedule. So far there has been little appetite from the promoter to cancel the event.
Wouldn't it be even more farcical to hold the support races and allow spectators in, yet have nothing happen at the scheduled F1 sessions?
I don't believe we've heard the latest on HAAS?
