I would go to state-of-the-art airjack hose nozzle because state-of-the-art airjack hose nozzle is more technological than conventional manual front jackboard and rear jack lifter stick in F1.

Air jack is heavy component to have onboard. It's only used as a necessity of minimum pit crew in pits. Wouldn't necessarily call it state of the art.

F1 Cars are too heavy even without air jacks imho.

Air jack systems are only used by (semi) spec series because the weight penalty is the same for everybody. It’s a cost saving method (you need a few less people working on the car).
F1 uses the traditional lifters because it’s faster. So I go for what they use now.

Not only F1, F2 also use the same conventional jack lifters.

Sub-2.5 second pitstop with the current setup tells the tale. The Jacks currently in F1 are great.

Now, having a standardized jack, with a variable lifting plate for different wing/crash structures could be a great cost savings mechanism...

There'll have to be a delay for the car to be stopped before it can be raised, else you'll unnecessarily wear the plank. Much less so with the jacks.

Positioning. I imagine the damage to the floor could be catastrophic if it isn't very close to perfect. Also, with <6mm clearance at the tea tray, it would need to be built into the pit lane to be flush. It's not something that could just be bolted to the pit box, and taken to the next race.

There is very little time to be gained. The wheel guns already do their magic while the car is rolling, car is up in the air before the tires are ready to come off. So the moment is then the car is dropped and then only at the front. So maybe a tenth of a second.

Looks like a solution searching for a problem. The current system works as well as is required and any replacement is unlikely to result in a shorter race-elapsed time. Ergo, it's pointless to waste resources on it. A bit like this thread, really...

Indycar have been using built-in air jacks for over 30 years. There is a case to be made that the F1 systems (including the lighting gantries and push-button feedback from wheel mechanics) are actually more advanced.
