Sub-2.5 second pitstop with the current setup tells the tale. The Jacks currently in F1 are great.
There'll have to be a delay for the car to be stopped before it can be raised, else you'll unnecessarily wear the plank. Much less so with the jacks.
Positioning. I imagine the damage to the floor could be catastrophic if it isn't very close to perfect. Also, with <6mm clearance at the tea tray, it would need to be built into the pit lane to be flush. It's not something that could just be bolted to the pit box, and taken to the next race.
