It looks like Hulk is the one most benefited from covid. May be his return is start of real normal for the world.

Is HULK in the bubble though? Someone who is is probably Kubica. Can we start dreaming of the Mercs taking themselves out at Turn 1 and KUB taking a shock win??

With his luck, wouldn't that confirm Renault's protest will surprisingly (I think) be granted then?

You misunderstand the concept of "bubble". Bubble is used to define people working closely so not required to keep 2m distance etc. There is no single F1 bubble. Each team is a bubble which has more bubbles in it. If you are negative you can "join" the bubble but if you are positive you may take out your bubble with you to quarantine. It is basically a lose term to indicate people who have to work close to each other. Nothing concrete that defines it.

If the same situation arises at Merc & Ferrari; Russel & Kimi will be promoted respectively?

I think Gutiérrez or Vandoorne for Merc and Giovinazzi or Wehrlein for Ferrari.
At least they are the reserve drivers.

I bet he would do it for lunch and travel expenses :D

Just so people do not forget who he is (and he is job hunting)

Seems a nice balmy weekend to me.?.?
Weather models underestimate water vapor heating. It's always a bit warmer if the sun is shining, although it will be a very pleasant weekend.

Tell you what, didn't think it would happen after 2 weeks of dreadful weather, but it was a lovely 26C day today. The initial forecast might have correct after all..

Initial temperature forecast from the model I utilized a few days ago is holding relatively steady at 72-73 F for the weekend.

However, there is a 30% chance for some scattered showers between 12-3 PM on Saturday. Seeing anything about that locally?

Perez might not race this weekend due to Covid Testing.
Yep already mentioned on here.
Who will replace him?

Vandoorne hopefully.
I just remembered at Hungary Sergio said he was not feeling well. So if he suffered COVID since then. Then they have a bit of contact tracing to do. Maybe even as far back as Hungary.

All teams including all members of Racing Point have been tested already and that was the routine testing. So no need for contact tracing within the team.
However, Perez needs to have an idea where he might have gotten the virus outside of the F1 bubbles in order to test the people he had contact to.

Not sure how the rest of the team gets to play. Guidance is that anyone who has been associated with a sufferer should also self isolate. I'd have thought the entire team should be out for 10 days (the self-isolation time applying in the UK now).
