As long as it isn’t Renault...

On one hand, I hope the Mercedes does get handicapped a bit, since that makes the fight with RP a little easier... On the other hand, that’s our engine for 2021 so hoping that it doesn’t have a huge effect.

FIA has requested ERS data from teams at Spa so they could better understand the PU. No one has been suspected of cheating; the hybrid system is just getting overcomplicated to the point where it's impossible to monitor it for legality reasons. So in light of Ferrari's engine saga last year, they decided to not only request further info on the ERS but also ban the quali modes.

Coulthard and Hakkinen celebrate 50 years of McLaren by driving classic championship winning cars

Its from 2013 and I thought some new fans may not have seen it.
Found it again accidentally and remembered I liked it

"In short, there would be those who continue to be smart and the FIA is looking for a way to make them come out with increasingly stringent controls. There are two sensors that measure the electrical energy flows into and out of the battery and the MGU-K.

These instruments must transmit data to the FIA data acquisition to monitor that the energy delivered by the MGU-K complies with the regulations (no more than 120 kW, equal to 163 hp). And the directive specifies that those who intentionally alter those measurements are guilty of serious violations, wiping out some gray areas of the rules, as we are claiming on Motorsport.com."

That's what Motorsport is saying, not sure the FIA is thinking that.

I think this is a good representation of what the FIA is thinking.
Favourite driver: Lando Norris
Favourite team: McLaren

Turned down the chance to meet Vettel at Silverstone in 2007. He was a test driver at the time and I didn't think it was worth queuing!! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Every time I hear words like remote coaching i remember a friend who was supposed to be on a Wi fit program. He did well and got bonus points.
But I know it was because he taped the handset to his dogs tail
