He's always been in good teams, thats what the best teams do, pick up the best drivers. Max could have had the best teams, but he jumped up instead of taking a top team. His jump to Toro Rosso was a choice he took instead of joining the Mercedes family, now he has to regret that so badly.Wass85 wrote: ↑17 Sep 2020, 13:02Hamilton's teammate finished 2nd when he won the F3 title, his teammate also finished 3rd when he won the GP2 title. Let's just agree that it's obvious that he's been in the best teams for the majority of his career.NathanOlder wrote: ↑17 Sep 2020, 12:463rd attempt, your a funny chap. a Rookie is someone who is new to the job. 2004 was the first time Lewis ever competed in the European F3 championship. He was a rookie. He just didnt qualify for the Rookie Cup under the rules as he had 2 races in a national cup the year before.
Either way, Lewis won the championship, Max did not. And please dont use VW as an excuse, Max wasnt even the top VW driver, so give up with this BS. Max cant save your Schumacher records, Lewis is about to smash them. Just take it on the chin and get on with it.
Hamilton is going to raise the bar, maybe this thread should be renamed 'How high will the bar be raised"
