Are you mixed up with his outlap in Q2 ? It was Q1, he just ran a little wide, just cut the corner at the exit of T2. Iv'e seen it happen a lot in practice, and nothing done other than laps deleted. So we will see what happens. Not sure if it was his best lap in Q1, but I doubt it was as he would have known it was a cut so he must have done another lap.PlatinumZealot wrote: ↑26 Sep 2020, 15:29Where he skidded it wss diffuclt to. He's showing they sacked the wrong driver. Not that this wasn't know before.grubschumi13 wrote: ↑26 Sep 2020, 15:35Stroll completely outclassed by Perez. Poor performance by him. Mechanical issues yes but he should have been safe from his first run in Q2.
Why do you think I'm bitter? Haven't thought of Ferrari even a bit - I know they're out of contention and I'm ok with that.siskue2005 wrote: ↑26 Sep 2020, 15:26Ah common stop being bitter all the time, Your ferrari team will win again in future
I was talking about THIS race with Lewis on different tyres and it would have been fascinating if there were four cars out witting each other in strategy
What pressure? Vettel is done at Ferrari. No ambitions whatsoever.PlatinumZealot wrote: ↑26 Sep 2020, 15:26Hamilton pulls it out again.
Max showing Bottas how to maximise chances that is for sure.
Bottas should pass him on race pace easily. I don't think RedBull are running the downforce Merc is.
Vettel again. He's still cracking under pressure. That inside curb strike at medium speed is a rookie mistake. It's like his driving has gone backwards. Still not sure if he will be an upgrade on Perez driving wise.
Nah, soft, wet, soft is a good optiongodlameroso wrote: ↑26 Sep 2020, 15:21So Hammy has to start on the flaccid tire? That's good news for Verstappen who starts on the mediums.
How I wish it was a true meritocracy. PER wouldn’t be scratching around for a drive & HULK would still be employed.
Every driver was making mistake including Hamilton. Vettel's mistake turned out to be more costlier. How does it matter to RP if you are convinced if Vettel is an upgrade over Perez or not? Any driver on Perez is an improvement as he himself hasn't done anything worth noting with that RP either.PlatinumZealot wrote: ↑26 Sep 2020, 15:26Hamilton pulls it out again.
