F1by the numbers produced a micro sector chart that shows Max was fastest (of all) in many of the braking zone’s.McMika98 wrote: ↑27 Sep 2020, 13:13Expect for the super long corners you mention all the other 90 corners, they are both hitting the kerb almost identically at same apex and exit speed, acceleration phase is where the higher kph is seen, even in braking Max isnt making much time which is usually where he excels.Sieper wrote: ↑27 Sep 2020, 11:25
You can freeze frames all you want but it is so obvious Max is hitting all the kerbs while Albon just misses the apex, do you really not understand that if you drive a different line (Make the corner shorter) your exit speed can be better (in these 90 degrees corners). Even if you are at the same speed mid corner. You can also quite clearly see this in that super long corner where Max simply rides much less meters. Also, you can change the set up, but only with the parts you have on the car during the FP3, Q sessions. Been explained over and over and yet you keep riding your agenda.
No you are not. You will get downvoted even more if you keep doing this.
Haven't seen the race yet, but I saw that in online commentary. Is that a dig at Honda ? Or is it a consequence of aero ? Is it my imagination, or are RBR being just slightly more critical of Honda these days. It's a bit odd, as the chassis clearly has issues of its own.
I've heard that as well but if I'm not mistaken, that was a comment by the Sky commentators.bigblue wrote: ↑27 Sep 2020, 15:26Haven't seen the race yet, but I saw that in online commentary. I actually think Max could have won if he qualified 3rd. Dirty side compromised his getaway and tow.
