He's their reserve and development driver, he needs to do miles to keep his super licence, pretty standard for all reserve drivers
Really? i don't see Stoffel Vandaroone or Estaban Guetierez do that in Mercedes? or any other reserve driver do that as a pretty standard procedure to keep his super license!Diesel wrote: ↑27 Nov 2020, 12:08He's their reserve and development driver, he needs to do miles to keep his super licence, pretty standard for all reserve driverssiskue2005 wrote: ↑27 Nov 2020, 10:21they could have given a chance to some young and up coming driver instead
Ted's saying there's a camera in there.
Usually the wind is the issue...even if there is real rain, it will soak and then the track will dry very quickly. But I fear the wind...it may be in a magnitude that a F1 car is not drivable anymore.
Its to check diffuser flex
In this shot of the Ferrari SF1000’s rear end you’ll note the chequered stickers mounted on the various surfaces of the diffuser. These act as reference points that can be monitored by a hi-speed camera and will indicate how much movement there is. The team will then use this information to make improvements on the construction of those surfaces.
