Mclaren aren’t able to upgrade their suspension either for 2021 if I’m not mistaken?101FlyingDutchman wrote: ↑11 Dec 2020, 14:15As expected s3 being our weak spot. Fundamentally slower in the 90deg slow/med cornering bonanza

I don't think anyone really can. It's what you can do with 2 tokens. Think minor tweaks to rear suspension are required for the change in PUCjC wrote: ↑11 Dec 2020, 14:32Mclaren aren’t able to upgrade their suspension either for 2021 if I’m not mistaken?101FlyingDutchman wrote: ↑11 Dec 2020, 14:15As expected s3 being our weak spot. The biggest problem is they've had this weakness for many years now. For at least the last 8 years they have never been better than average at slow speed corners.
Agreed. In 2022, they'll still have this issue. It's a mechanical grip suspension thing.the EDGE wrote: ↑11 Dec 2020, 15:34Let’s be honest, it’s Mercedes title again next year anywaydiffuser wrote: ↑11 Dec 2020, 15:03I don't think anyone really can. The focus has to be on ‘22 when all teams will have to run a much simpler suspension system using only springs and dampers.. clever hydraulic systems used by the Mercedes and their clone are banned
This should help
Yea that’s what I thought... so we are locked into this for another yeardiffuser wrote: ↑11 Dec 2020, 15:03I don't think anyone really can. It's what you can do with 2 tokens. It was mentioned by the Sky team that he hit traffic on S3 during his quali lap. However, I did not see it myself so can't say for sure.
