I have 2 questions:
1.) Are there 2 periods for the coefficient C? I.e. if a team finishes 3rd in the WCC in 2020, C is 95% from 1st January to 30th June in 2021. And when the same team is 7th in the WCC on 30th June 2021, from 1st July to 31st December 2021 C will be 105%. So C can change during the year for a team?
2.) Do you think it could be a big benefit for Ferrari, because of their (bad) WCC position in 2020, compared to Mercedes / Red Bull?
