Max saying he'd rather illegally pass off track and try to pull out 5 seconds. Not cool.
Hopefully the stewards keep that in mind for the future, that's a very dirty racing mindset.

Well, people wanted a race between Lewis and Max, and we got one. I'm sure we all expected Max to blow past Lewis in a faster car on younger tyres. Great driving by both of them - nice and clean by both drivers. Both made a small mistake in the fight but neither was naughty. If the rest of season is like that then it will be a classic season.

Some nice racing in the mid field too this week. So that bodes well for the season.

Incredible VER that let the win to Merc
VER is just more talented and faster than any other in the grid, but his racecraft is not even close to Alonso's.

That's why I don't rate Max the best, just the fastest. Leclerc is probably more complete and the new Alonso of the grid

HAM fanboys hyping this up

@ DChemTech, Hamilton have always been protected by the stweards, are you surprised? But I agree with this ruling, overtaking outside the track limits is not something I personally tolerate either

So, hamilton spends half the race outside of track limits and all is fine. Max does it once, and penalized.

Bollocks
Nah. RedBull instructed Max to do it too!

It bit them in butt..

Anyways. I need to calm down.

Dominant car...
Ten laps older tyres . .

are not enough to pass. Just ask Nico! =D> =D>

Lewis was abusing track limits for at least 8 laps, the gains he made there made the difference.

Then whats your opinion for Hamilton driving 30 times off-track in turn 4 ?!

You seem to be confused. Hamilton didnโ€™t pass outside the track. Oh and BTW Verstappen started doing it as well when it became apparent that they were letting it slide so your comment of โ€˜Max does it onceโ€™ is completely flawed anyway.

He abused it until race control decided to start enforcing it.

This is how you WIN.

You take advantage until youโ€™re told no. The drivers do it, the engineers do it, etc.

So was Max and every other driver until the FIA stewards decided they needed to actually police the turn.

Hamilton driver of the day, no question. Verstappen will get them in Imola. Perez looked good.
