Don’t think so for this season. If any it will make others analyze and then try to develop and integrate a version of it into their cars which will make them lose 2022 development time.

Or do you mean that might be relevant for the 2022 car?

We've seen this one before (https://pbs.twimg.com/media/ExVu5J0WEAM0Hc9?format=jpg) . But the wear pattern is always the interesting thing. The key to a high rake car really.

I wonder why Ferrari have metal inserts on the main plane. The ballast still seem to load into the center section. Maybe they're tuning out resonance.

Also interesting view of the pressure tap layouts.

Nice little addition to the edge of the diffuser. McLaren have something similar but they are fully connected to the other gurney extensions.

And an interesting skid block they have this year. Many other teams extend it all the way forward. It almost looks offset from the wooden section?

Beautiful shots.

In the 3rd image we can see clearly that the floor was the new one with the square cut on the edge.
If it was working I hope it is not damaged or that Ferrari has a spare one.

Credit to the W10 for pioneering the shrink-wrapped sidepods. They make the cars look so muscular and shredded. It's also incredible engineering when you compare the S21 sidepods to the SF71 or SF90 ones

Pretty sure they are skid plates to protect the wing when riding kerbs.

two things there :
the numbering of those taps is symmetrical .This implies they either have a lh and rh box to sample the pressure data , or they switch from left to right hand side sampling as otherwise you would not know which #2 tap you are gathering data from ?
seems a bit odd to me to not assign definite numbers to measuring points ?

Also those metal cover plates ...I learned early on to not underestimate even minor surface imperfections on wing performance especially on the wing underside ...

I have a question:

All talk about rakes of the cars, is SF21 low or high rake car? Or is it somethink in between, like ”mid rake” car?

In 2019 it was somewhere in the middle because they tried to move towards Mercedes but in 2020 and 2021 it's high rake

I compare the pictures and I can not find indicative differences in the skid plate (AFAIK that is the the wooden composite plate fitted beneath the central part of the floor). Can you point out differences, please?

It's the metal inserts at the front. I've posted comparison pictures in the post.

The reason this area is interesting is because one of the keys to high rake is being able to run the front as low as possible while still passing the FIA wear limits. It just looked interesting that the titanium skid block doesn't extend all the way to the leading edge. And the black outline make it look like it isn't entirely flush.
