Oh, here we go again.
Whatever is decided regarding Perez, forum explosion imminent.
Not really. I’d be surprised if it has a huge bearing on what will actually happen in terms of points or race result. My only question is whether in starting from the pit Lane, are they are allowed to change him to a wet setup?

Red Bull Federal International Assistance strikes again LMAO
And Mercedes never got any gifts from FIA right?
Not a Mercedes fan. But explain, they were forbidding him starting and then suddenly through conversation with Mercedes all is good and Perez is starting. How is that normal? It is not.
They were not forbidding him to start. Yes Masi said no, but he also said he needs to speak with the marshalls ;)

Am I right in thinking, we have 1hr 35mins to get this race started, and if it does start, we then have 2hours to get it finished ??
No.

As soon as the race starts (if it starts) then it will stop once the 3hr is up.

The FIA radio they played confirmed this.

No.

As soon as the race starts (if it starts) then it will stop one the 3hr is up.
That means we have no chance of a full race, and will be very lucky to get 20 laps.

Sergio’s deal is on the FIA for not defining this very issue, which is pretty incredible considering how many other rules they have.

Kudos to RB / Perez if it works out. My guess is the FIA define it from here on out.

Is there not a 3 hr overall time limit? so it would be ended 3 hrs from schedule start time?
When arguing with a fool, be sure the other person is not doing the same thing.

I think we only have 1hr 35mins left to race.

Didn’t it used to be 4 hours? Has it been reduced fir TV?

If it does start that will be in 35 minutes time.

This means 1hr left to race. So not enough time for the 33 laps for full points no matter what happens.

70% chance to rain tomorrow. Postponing the race might not be a good idea.

12.5pts is still better than no points. :)

I’d imagine there’s lots of reason why they can’t race tomorrow. Availability of staff being a big one.
