Lotus E21 Renault

I'm not willing to take that head on. The mediums worked fine for them in Melbourne.

It was about quali, one single lap.

No, I think it's in the race as well. In Bahrain, Räikkönen only started posting reasonable lap times once he got onto the hard tyres.

The Autosport article says they used supersoft and soft in Australia, but I think raymondu999 is correct and they had the mediums there. Still, that just means Lotus doesn't quite understand that tyre, because clearly they had it working ok there but were unable to translate that to other tracks unlike the soft and the hard tyres.

On low fuel the rake seems to be lower :? :?:

That hose can't take the hydraulic pressure i feel. I would expect proper hydraulic hose.
That must be a filler hose or something.
That device it is attached to is most interesting.

Though to be honest, i haven't seen any indications that this car has FRIC. There's no evidence.
For Sure!!

Both might just be different air bottles :?:
And I wonder what is the silver cover, that apeared on the E20, for ? what heat source might be there ?

So the constant bottoming out isnt a sign of something going on ? Its quite clear on that Aus pic how low the backend is, and this is bottoming out and still being competetive, compared to it being an issue.

D'Ambrosio was asked about it and gave an avoiding anser, I think it's fair to say they run the system. (otherweise they would deny it)

So, this system is ok under the rules because it is hydraulic and not electric?
Skeptical scrutiny is the means, in both science and religion, by which deep thoughts can be winnowed from deep nonsense.

No, it's legal because its a passive system.
