One thing I'm impressed with though is that McLaren seem to be able to run with the retarded ignition throughout the race.

What makes you say that?

You can very clearly hear it - and I was under the impression that Red Bull, for example, were only running it in Q3. McLaren used it in Q2, Q3 and for the entire race.

Hate to state the obvious but Lewis has been stellar this year. His points tally doesn't do him justice

Bloody good drive from Lewis, was very lucky to get back on track after his gravel trap excursion tho.

Very good recovery from Mark and good job from Bob aside from his last pitstop!

Isnt it funny how all 3 podium drivers had a lucky escape and still got on the podium! :D

Good job Kubica. Webber had a bad start and Hamilton almost threw it away. Alonso and Vettel messed up.

yeah it does sound different - i wonder if they can only do it under very cool weather conditions?

A decent race. Why they ever consider dropping Spa is beyond me.

Looking forwards to hearing what SV has to say for himself..poor race for him.

Totally agree - they all had a lucky scrape but they all kept their heads and delivered when it mattered (even the sometimes hot headed Webber!).

Alonso and Vettel drop the ball, Button wiped out. Gives Webber and Hamilton a great buffer in the points now. Webber a whole DNF ahead of Vettel :D

and once again vettel expects another driver to beam his car off the track and collides with them .... I feel sorry for Jenson as like Mark in Turkey he did nothing wrong however this time Vettel got "away" with it with his car still running and jensens was totalled!

Because other people offer Bernie more money. Bernie doesn't care how good the racing is, only how big the contract sum is...

Probably blame Webber...
