The rarefaction eliminates porpoising. The cars that were bouncing in Spain will be in a perfect window here.

Based on what I can see from onboards, easy pole and win for Mclaren. Norris drives like there are no curbs. Everyone else loses grip on them.

You haven’t accounted for Norris making mistakes.

Yes the track is an extra 1m wide for them and their curb riding

Interesting delivery of the Mercedes PU.. So full at the top. Norris also has it in the descent to 4 with a conspicuous "hump" in the graph, as if there is plenty of energy and it can also be pushed high which offsets the drag of the high load.
Merc engine a fair bit higher in FP1?

Such a weird session and track conditions with very slow laps, Max was quicker last year on Mediums... RB and Ferrari seemed heavier than Merc and McLaren and on lower PU modes as usual
And they call it a stall. A STALL!

I’m not sure, the mode of use of ERS is completely different

This is all speculation, let's see, the Merc looks very nice on the track so far

Right. No matter what PU modes by whom, the McLaren looks rock solid in the data, and visually as well. More potency added by cleverer bits in front wing, so slow 90 degree turns would be even quicker.

Strange to see only RBR running M for long runs. Given that Ms would be used up for SQ1 and SQ2 and possibly for the sprint itself, are they planning to go into the race with just S, H, H ? the other three have preserved Ms
