Weight distribution is pretty much fixed in the rules IMO.

4.2 Mass distribution
With the car resting on a horizontal plane the mass measured at the front and rear axles must
not be less than the mass specified in Article 4.1 factored by 0.440 and 0.540 respectively at
all times during the qualifying practice session. Rounding will be to nearest 0.5kg.

It is very interesting to see that McLaren put the upper crash structure behind the radiators and the lower in front of them. RedBull in contrast got the whole radiator setup behind the two side impact crash pylons. Very different approach when it comes to radiator positioning.

The Race:
The Red Bull RB18 proves there is still some freedom in this area, with a three-part vane mounted on the forward part of the brake ducts. McLaren has taken a similar approach with a two-part version, as has Ferrari with a single-element component.

If I am not mistaken, there seems to be some room in the sidepods to be shrinked further like Mercedes.

If I am not mistaken, there seems to be some room in the sidepods to be shrinked further like Mercedes.
I think teams are using sidepods as aero devices now. With bargeboards gone, things have become difficult to manage.

Perhaps it is better to purposefully make the sidepods bigger than you can to use them to manipulate airflow.

If anything there might be room to incorporate ducting to blow the beam wing/seal diffuser

Such a clean car. You get the feeling it’s very much designed as a solid base platform from which they can bolt on performance or move into any direction they want

Those are spec parts. I would expect nothing less from The Race, they quite often get this kind of thing wrong. The only difference is the angle of the photo which is hiding part of the deflector on the McLaren. They are identical.

I dont know about the front Mudguard/deflector area but the lower rear caketin furniture is a spec part but the exclusion box ends with some space free and teams have chopped and hacked shapes into it as they see fit, I wonder if the same applies here.

Yes the rear part is slightly different, and teams are able to add pieces on. The front I'm sure is a fully spec part though. I'm pretty sure the Ferrari has the same 3 element pieces as the McLaren & Red Bull, despite what The Race is saying. Annoyingly it's not something we are getting great images of, so it's proving difficult to make a comparison!
