More time needed to find solution for BMW Sauber team sale
BMW Sauber is still without a possible buyer since they announced their departure from Formula One at the end of the current season, leaving their current workforce including drivers without certainty as to whether they will still work in F1 the following year.
BMW's motorsport director Mario Theissen believes that many more weeks are necessary to see whether a buyer with proper plans for the future can be found.
"It will take a few more weeks to have a clear view as to whether we will be able to find a successor who really can take the team through the coming years."
