Walloon government looks into idea of Francorchamps-race every 2 years

According to the Belgian newspaper 'La Libre Belgique', the Walloon government is looking into the possibility to alternate the Belgian Grand Prix at the historic Spa-Francorchamps circuit with a race at the German Nürburgring. The idea of Formula One supremo Bernie Ecclestone is being considered as a solution for the financial problems of the Belgian race. In 2009, the race at Spa suffered a deficit of €791.000.
