Briatore-FIA hearing set for 24 November
A date has been set for the court hearing which has to determine if Flavio Briatore will ever be able to return to Formula One or not. The Italian put in the paperwork at the Tribunal de Grande Instance in Paris on Monday to fight his lifetime exclusion from any FIA Championship and the court set 24 November as date for the hearing between Briatore and the FIA.
