BAR Honda fastest in Barcelona

A very busy day at the Circuit de Catalunya yesterday, once again Jenson Button setting the fastest time with a comfortable margin over the other drivers. Button finished ahead of his team-mate Anthony Davidson, who achieved his best times at the wheel of a V10-powered car.

Ricardo Zonta was the quickest of the V8 group despite stopping twice on-track with technical problems. Ralf Schumacher also created a red flag interruption when his Toyota engine broke down.

Red Bull drivers completed many laps today, David Coulthard going for a large number of 5-lap stints while Robert Doornbos completed an impressive amount of ten-lap stints.

Nico Rosberg considerably improved his pace compared with yesterday, although he was responsible for the final red flags of the day.
