Fireworks to thank Bahrain
As the dust settles after a magnificent 2006 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix, the time has come for the curtain to fall on the event in the finest style. As a ‘thank you’ to the people of Bahrain for their enthusiastic support of the event and the warmth of the welcome extended to the thousands of international visitors to the Kingdom in recent weeks, a spectacular firework display will be staged in Manama on Thursday, March 16th.
The event will be absolutely free to attend, and will take place between the Shaikh Isa bin Salman and Shaikh Hamad bridges on the evening of Thursday, March 16th at 18.30.
On behalf of everyone involved with the Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix, this is our thanks to the people of Bahrain for a record-breaking event.
