Ferrari resumes testing at Fiorano

The Scuderia Ferrari got back to testing today at their own Circuit Fiorano. Not Felipe Massa or Michael Schumacher but Luca Badoer took the wheel of the 248 F1. Because of the bad weather conditions, Luca Badoer worked on development testing of Bridgestone rain tyres.

First day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro, working today at its Fiorano home circuit.

Taking into account the weather conditions, the day's work centred essentially on development testing of Bridgestone rain tyres. At the wheel of a 248 F1, Luca Badoer completed 62 laps in total, with a dozen of them on the short version of the track. The best time on the day was a 1'03"198.

Testing continues tomorrow, with Luca Badoer still on track.
