Button receives Hawthorn Memorial Trophy
Jenson Button today received the coveted Hawthorn Memorial Trophy, presented to the most successful British or Commonwealth driver in the FIA Formula One World Championship. It is the second year in a row that Jenson has been awarded the trophy, this year presented by the Right Honourable Peter Hain MP, Secretary of State for Northern Ireland and Wales. Previous winners have been Jack Brabham, Graham Hill, James Hunt, Nigel Mansell and David Coulthard, to name a few.
