It's a very busy weekend for the stewards at Hungary as, after the penalty for Albers and Button due to an engine change and the time penalty for Alonso and Schumacher during the qualifying session, also Speed and Monteiro get a penalty. Speed would have blocked another driver during the qualifying session and sees his best time axed. Monteiro gets a fine of $250 as he drove too fast in the pit lane.
