According to autosport.com, the FIA conducted its first viability test for night racing at Indianapolis on Thursday night. When it got dark, a number of lights were turned on around the circuit and the FIA safety car and medical cars drove through the corners for 30 minutes to check visibility at high speed. There were also television cameras set up to check if it's easy or not to film the cars in a night race situation.
