Coughlan to appear at High Court tomorrow

Mike Coughlan has been officially named, for the first time, as the suspended McLaren employee involved in the Ferrari investigation. Tomorrow, the Maranello-based team will appear at the High Court in London. The High Court listings revealed that Ferrari's action is against Coughlan as it will be a preliminary hearing in the case of 'Ferrari Spa v Coughlan & Anr'.
