Court to decide on McLaren appeal today
The appeal of McLaren against the decision of the Brazilian Grand Prix race stewards not to punish BMW and Williams for the fuel discrepancy during the final race of the season. The FIA Court of Appeal will meet in London today to decide on the matter. Should the court decide to exclude Nick Heidfeld, Robert Kubica and Nico Rosberg, Lewis Hamilton would be promoted to World Champion instead of Kimi Raikkonen.
