Our opponents will be amazed when they see F1.08 - Heidfeld
BMW Sauber F1 Team driver Nick Heidfeld has declared that everybody will be surprised when they see the team's new 2008 contender, the F1.08. The car will be unveiled at 12:00pm at the new BMW vehicle delivery centre in Munich.
Nick Heidfeld said in an interview with the German newspaper 'Bild': "It looks quite different from our last car, because the 2007 one was very simple. This time, there are many more details. Our opponents at Mercedes and Ferrari will be amazed when they see it."
BMW Motorsport Director, Mario Theissen, earlier declared that the main goal of the team is to win its first Grand Prix in 2008. This means that Heidfeld and Kubica will have to battle with Alonso, Raikkonen, Massa and Hamilton, but the German is not afraid of this. He said: "I know that in the past I have beaten every one of them."
