Vettel to get five-place grid penalty at Monaco

Scuderia Toro Rosso driver Sebastian Vettel will finally be able to race the STR3 at Monaco, but the young German will face a five-place grid penalty. The new STR3 requires a different gearbox installation than the STR2B and the 2008 regulations state that a gearbox must be used for four races. Vettel, however, is to use a different gearbox at Monaco than the one at Turkey, resulting in a grid penalty.
