Australian GP to remain on F1 calendar until 2015?
According to the 'Herald Sun' newspaper, the future of the Australian Grand Prix is secured. The report claims that the race will remain at the Albert Park Circuit until 2015 without changing into a night race.
The Australian Grand Prix at Melbourne has come under pressure as Formula One supremo Bernie Ecclestone demanded a night race in order to increase the number of European viewers. The 2009 race is however expected to start at a later time, 5pm local time.
