Think you have to look for front limited tracks.....Silverstone will probably be the next one.
The last time Merc had the legs on amr was Australia, the previous front limited track.
Canada should be pretty good for AMR. Lot of emphasis on traction
Fornt limited => basically means lack of front end grip.
They did bring new FW to Barcelona but not sure if it was to generate more front end or for other purposes. If yes, then its problem as update looks like didn't perform well in race.If not, then we have to see if they get any front end updates to Silverstone.
Front Limited, has nothing to do with AMR specifically, it means tracks where you're spending alot of time slowing down in corners. In Spain you had turns 4, 9, 12 and 13. Also long sweeping turns at high speeds. The Fronts are responsible for turning the car. This wears the fronts more than the rears, therefore, the front tires are your limitation and the track is front limited.
Yeah, the wing might have worked but there could be some other underling issue. Often with any kind of performance, the removal of 1 bottleneck will expose another a little further up the road.
Krack say the problem was the first stint on Softs. "We were quiet competitive on Hards".
