I was merely replying to your hyperbole of Ferrari always being harshly treated in any such cases. Which has proven in 2 of the 7 last races not te be the case. Those are facts, not jokes or hyperbole. Also, the minimum laptime and these pit lane shenanigans are the same rootcause. If you read the verdict on Max potential Q1 infringement you will see that is also the point being made by FIA.dialtone wrote: ↑29 Oct 2023, 03:03I didn't forget about Monza... Or Suzuka or any other case in which cars were called in the stewards for max lap time violation and in ALL cases nobody was punished because you can check their onboard where they are letting 5+ cars through.
Do you suggest they hurt the performance of other drivers instead? We discount their impeding then because they have to support the lap time rule?
It must be a joke to compare clogging pit lane with letting other cars through on track...
That is exactly the same as what happened to Max in Qatar 21. Track went green as Gasly was moving again. but Marshall after the corner was still flagging.
Sounds very similar. Be interesting to watch back to see if there was any waves yellows
There was, one of the stewards was still waving. It was the so called “rogue steward” incident. Everything in that season was brought up by the press, social media.chrisc90 wrote: ↑29 Oct 2023, 12:34Sounds very similar. Be interesting to watch back to see if there was any waves yellows
No, i meant sainz and bottas.Verstappen was clearly a penalty, gasly had stopped and the flags had become double.
The on board video clearly shows there is no light or flag displayed to Car 44 on the
straight into Turn 1, then a green light shows as he enters Turn 2, which is followed by
2 pulses of a yellow light then moments later, the light panel is blank. The driver was
slightly slower in the mini sector than on his previous push lap.
Our determination is that there was no breach of the regulations.
