Contrary to what some commentators think which is that we have a championship fight (Max & Lando), no chance, Lando needs a car that's a minimum 2 tenths quicker to beat Max.
Anything less and Max would still win most races even with a slower car!
Agree. Norris isn’t on his level, which many felt was the case anyway. Comfortable championship for Max this year.

What a dull race, top 10 finished where they started apart from the McLarens who swapped places.
Hope Sunday has more action

I see no divebombs at all here. From Lando or Max.

If thats the precedent you want to stand with - Lando's move on Max into turn 3 was considerably worse than Max's into turn 4.
Mess with the Bull - you get the horns.

They know that. They are just trying to sell it to sections of the public.

As for slower. They look quite even this week.

As for the sprint races...less said the better

If F1 had better tyres and not overheat that would have been better and main races better too. Not a fan of sprints
Races would be even more boring. Best races are when tires degrade faster.

Max is in prime position to win the race tomorrow. Red Bull is a small notch above in terms of tyre management.

Incredible performance by Max again. That lap 2 DRS is 100% aimed at making live hard for the pole sitter. But still he made it work.

Lap 2 drs is something we have never seen after drs was introduced. It makes racing even more gimmicky. Reduces pole.

What I meant was about the overheating not the degradation. Drivers can’t fight fully for long when they overheat so much

Ironically the lap 2 DRS somewhat helps Red Bull overall. With their better heavy load pace than McLaren, if they start on pole max often pulls 1s on lap 1 of the GP. If Norris starts p1 then it's harder for him to do that and it lets RB use their advantage sooner

Has Max been able to take an early DRS advantage?

Max now hás to use his tires the first laps and that remains an advantage for the followers strategically the whole race.

Congratulations to Lando Norris once again! What a drive mate…I’ve never seen a driver letting the door wide open while battling for the lead of a race! =D>
